As a Project Manager, I have had the pleasure of working for several design agencies in the past and I am now part of the great team at Brand Potential. Luckily for me, since January, BP has been relocated to Amsterdam. I will be responsible for various design projects (mostly for Ahold) from concept to artwork. My role involves juggling timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping all parties aligned.
Swiss army knife
I think that people who have worked with me would describe me as a systematic, detail-oriented, and communicative person who is skilled in managing projects and collaborating with diverse teams. I'm basically a human Swiss Army Knife, equipped with all the tools necessary to get the job done. Funny thing is that my friends and family don’t know I am organized and detail-oriented at work. Because at home, I must admit that I'm a bit messy (a true “rommelkont”).
We are no superheroes
I have a great passion for project management and aspire to grow in this field. It's crucial for me to find joy in my work while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance. To maintain productivity and well-being, I've learned to stay calm, organize my tasks, and stay focused. But from time to time, I have to remind myself: we are not superheroes saving lives!
